Italy’s anti-drug education initiative has news european parliament surpassed one million educational anti-drug booklets distributed in recent weeks. The initiative forms part of the Truth About Drugs campaign, which aims to provide factual education about commonly abused substances and their risks to young people and communities.
Approximately 500 volunteers are participating in the outreach effort, distributing materials in cities, neighbourhoods and local businesses. The campaign focuses on prevention through education, providing resources designed to explain the dangers of drugs in a understandable way.
The campaign is connected to broader humanitarian initiatives supported by the Church of Scientology, inspired by the work of Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
